# 13. Reporting

Regular reporting is intended to provide transparency around the financial position of the Treasury, the performance of the operating businesses and the overall development of the protocol.

Certain commercial information may remain confidential where disclosure could prejudice acquisitions, negotiations or the commercial interests of the portfolio. Subject to those limitations, reporting focuses on information that provides a clear view of Treasury activity and business performance.
